The following stages we will help you through are listed below. 1 – Preparing the Contract for Sale The Contract for Sale needs to be prepared and contain all the relevant information supplied to the buyer. 2 – Contract Exchange Once a finalised Contract has been agreed upon, it is time for the exchange of contracts. Stage 3 – Settlement The final stage involves the discharge of the title from the vendors mortgagee to the buyers mortgagee. We as conveyancers will help discharge the mortgage on your behalf.
